My emotions go haywire.
That book… it’s like a monster unleashed. And the scariest part is how real it feels to the reader. It’s potency never dies no matter how many times you read it and reread it. It’s relatable and realistic. You feel worthless after you read it….
This is true. I remember when I was reading it, I kind of had a hard time falling asleep cos certain scenes were playing in my head. Actually, until now, when I’m just thinking about certain things, it suddenly pops in my head and boom ~ haunted.
True. Even for me. When I was reading it, especially the end, it scared me almost to death. I felt weak when I was reading it.
You know you’re a lit nerd when the period of time between finishing one book and starting another feels like a type of limbo.
The perfect Christmas present is a new book and a quiet afternoon.
